Please read these terms and conditions very carefully before using any information, products or services through our website. If you are not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not process it further for any booking. We may update our terms online anytime so please go through it once you have to proceed with the transactions with us. Cheapflightstop is an online platform that provides travel deals, information offers globally. We come up with flight tickets, hotel booking, and holiday package.

Re-Schedule or Exchange:
Booking made with Cheapflightstop is subject to modification or charges fee by the airlines, that vary by flight airlines to airlines and class of services i.e. economy, premium economy, business and first class .
In case of changes on online portal or airline end, the existing booking will be auto cancelled with will be applicable airlines charges and a fresh booking reference will be generated as per new available pricing. If you make any change in your booking, you will be charged the difference of the fare along with change fee, if any. However, if the new fare is lower than the Original booked fare, the difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected. In addition to the airline's charges, Cheapflightstop. charges a handling fee of £30 per passenger per sector for domestic Air tickets and £60 for international Air tickets.
We'll collect these charges from you when we will make the changes. We'll also collect the difference of fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. It depends on the airline's policy; some booked fares may not be amended. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Centre directly. Cancellation Policy:
The booking made on Cheapflightstop. online or over the call is subject to cancellation charges fee by the airline, which may vary by airlines and class of services, however few booked fares are non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy. We only accept cancellation requests through the phone or email so our representative will call or email you related.
Cancellation charges are addition to the airline cancellation charges or fee, Cheapflightstop will charge only INR200 for domestic and INR500 for international flight per passenger per sector for each cancellation. Cancellation requests made over the telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be prior of 48 Hrs. from departure date) through our customer support shall be entertained. Cheapflightstop shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other mode. For electronic air tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before to the departure of the flight, you'll need to contact directly to the airline to get your reservation cancelled. We are not able to provide any assistance for these kinds of cancellations. If you have done with early web Check-in through the airline site etc., get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Cheapflightstop will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same. To cancel the tickets over the phone, call the 24x7 customer care numbers.

Holiday Package Cancellation:
If you wish to make a change after the booking has been accepted and arrangements confirmed, an amendment fee of INR1000 per set of alterations per person will be charged, in addition to any cost difference. Changing the date of departure will entail a higher amendment fee of INR2000 per person. If the alteration or date change is requested after the balance amount has become payable, higher charges may apply, especially if the change has a knock-on effect on the remaining arrangements or if advances have already been paid to our suppliers.
If you seek any alterations once the tour has already begun, we will treat your request sympathetically but cannot guarantee their implementation. Any costs incurred in making such alterations will be passed on to you and the unutilised portion of the holiday will attract 100% cancellation charges.
Should you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing stating the reasons for cancellation as you may be covered by your insurance policy. Such cancellation will deem to take place only on the date of receipt of your written request or email and will attract the following cancellation charges:

30 to 59 days before departure 40% of tour price
15 to 29 days before departure 60% of tour price
8 to 14 days before departure 75% of tour price
4 to 7 days before departure 90% of tour price
3 days before date of departure or after 100% of tour price

These charges cover a complete tour and not elements bought separately. Thus a non-refundable ticket, bought as a separate item with your knowledge, will attract 100% cancellation. For a refundable airline ticket, the refund will be subject to the airlines refund policy.

Cancellation of a Tour by us before departure:
We reserve the right to cancel a holiday on offer by us, including tailor-made holidays, without assigning reasons at any time over 8 weeks before departure date. In such a case, we will offer you a comparable alternative or at your option refund all amount paid by you.
If a holiday cancellation takes place within 8 weeks of departure it will be for one of the following reasons:
a) Due to non-payment or late payment of the balance amount due. In such cases an alternative holiday or refund will not be available and cancellation charges will apply.
b) Due to circumstances beyond our control such as cancellation of international or domestic scheduled service, technical problems with transportation, civil disorder or the threat of such, riots, strikes, natural disasters, accident or pollution, terrorist activity or the threat of such, war or the threat of war, etc. In deciding whether it is safe to visit a certain destination or not, we depend on the advice of the Government/Aviation Authority of India . In such instances we may offer comparable alternative arrangements or at your option make a full refund of all monies paid.
c) Due to non-availability of significant portions of a private itinerary. In such instances we may offer comparable alternative arrangements or at your option make a full refund of all monies paid except in cases where the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure.
In the unlikely event of us cancelling a holiday within 8 weeks of departure for reasons other than those listed above, we will offer you a compensation of INR2000 per person and if such cancellation is within 14 days of departure then a higher amount of INR5000 per person.

Refund:
It is mandatory to contact us for all types of refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund you for your tickets booked at Cheapflightstop though online or offline. All cancellations made with the Airline will also need to be intimated to Cheapflightstop by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests differ at times. Convenience fees of booking is a non-refundable and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial booking cancellation requests.
The refund will be credited back to the same account from the payment was made while booking. The time of cancellation and refund of partially used tickets upfront discount and promo discount availed at time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount. In case of user has cancelled the booking directly with the airlines, they will need to inform us with valid documents to initiate the refund. The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines), any will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt or/and confirmation of refund from the airline.

Hotel Terms:
Hotels may not permit to local residents for check-in. This is subject to the Hotel Policies or programme and we are not responsible for such cases.
Hotels reserve the right of admission. Unmarried and unrelated couples/people may not allow check-in. Similarly accommodation also is denied to the guests cause as a couple if satisfactory proof of identification is not given at check-in.
Cheapflightstop is not responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to aforesaid reason. There is No refund would be given in case hotel denies check-in under such types of circumstances.
The pictures and information of hotels on the website, including facilities and amenities are provided by the hotel. This all information is for just reference. For any variance between the website pictures and actual view, we are not responsible.
The hotel confirms booking post authorising and verifying the card details.
The hotel may not allow booking if it is not authenticate and verify the card details.
We don’t store your card details in database.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check in.
Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel terms. Early or late check in - check out subject to availability and the hotel may allow or charge you extra.
Your hotel stay do not include extra personal expenses like telephone charges, meals or bar that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
It is mandatory to present valid photo identification while check-in at hotel.
Government has levied service tax on hotel rooms effective on stays. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel while check in.

Holiday Packages:
The pictures of holiday packages as shown on website are indicative and may not be same of the actual products.
The rates of holiday packages shown on the Site for quotation only and no blocking have been made. Prices and Taxes are subject to change and availability.
You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email. Holiday packages booking are subject to availability and confirmation from supplier.
Special rates may apply in peak seasons and inclusions of such packages vary without any notice. We have the right to give substitute Hotel Package of same standard if we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as advised.
In such cases we work only as intermediary agent only the role of a mediator. If you make any booking with us, the contract will be between supplier and you and the travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier will apply.
We are not a party to agree in a contract relationship.
Before making a booking please be advised that check the description of the you Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Tour Package you are agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. Once we accepted your booking on behalf of our suppliers, a legally contract is formed between you and supplier of the services. We are working as a mediator between you and supplier therefore we cannot be held any responsible for any non-performance of contract.
We request you to get suitable insurances or other protective measures etc. The suppliers also providing their services through us as an independent contractor and not our agents or our worker. We are not liable for their acts, errors, representations, breaches, warranties, omissions or negligence or for any injuries, death, damage etc.
We will make no refund as we have no liability in any delay, cancellation, overbooking, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control. You have right to cancel or change your service, holiday package by the applicable terms and conditions.

Passport & Visa Requirement:
All passengers must have a valid passport for traveling to international sector and even many countries require at least 6 months validity of the passport from the date of return and some countries require a machine readable passport. While assisting with an international booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport. Please let us know prior to book the tickets and all to get it helped as we do not take any responsibility in case of being problem while travel.
It is important that you will be ensure that you should have valid passports, visas and entry permits which meet the immigration and other government authorities requirements. Any penalties, fines, payments or expenditures incurred in any such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. Our consultants at Cheapflightstop can also obtain more specific information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf (if you wish, we can assist you to obtain visas through this external service and fees will apply).
For online bookings, you can contact an external visa provider directly. We do not warrant the accuracy of information provided by any external service and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it (except to the extent caused by fault on our part). If you are travelling to the United States please see https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov for important information regarding compulsory pre-registration for their visa waiver program (“ESTA”).

Travel Documents:
All passengers must have a valid passport for traveling to international sector and even many countries It is customer responsibility to take care of all the travel documents while traveling as airline ticket, id proof, and hotel vouchers etc. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport or valid photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result unable to use that booking and the booking will be being cancelled. Please review your travel documents carefully and let us immediately of any errors in names, dates or timings etc.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend that you should take appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel. Travel insurance is even strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. You must read the Combined Financial Services Guide/Product Disclosure Statement before you decide to buy the travel insurance product you are considering purchasing to ensure it meets your needs and financial situation. We are able to arrange travel insurance based upon travel agreements.

Mode of Payments:
Payment will be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking and Cheques etc. You can even confirm with us for any other way which may be possible, however if payment through cheque will only be accepted if presented to our company at least 10 days prior to departure date.

Taxes:
Airline and Hotel taxes are subject to change and country wise that are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued or while check in at hotel. There may some local tax charged at some airports in which we are not liable.

Special Requests:
For any type of special requests as meals veg/non veg, dietary need, joint rooms, special accommodation requirements, etc. shall be contact to us upon making a booking. However these requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Special conditions and information for flights:
Few fees as service fee are not included in the booking price and are not added during booking process. However, a breakdown of the fare, taxes, surcharges and extra fees and the total ticket price are indicated at various steps during booking. At the final step before validating the booking, an overview with total price will be displayed. Once you click submit you agree with the price and purchase. You will then receive your booking confirmation e-mail where price is shown.

Service Guarantees:
We are responsible for our Ticket booking for flight, hotel and holiday package and agent services, that will be provide detailed and correct information. We will arrange your travel as per requirements and will insure to achieve expected result, and will provide service within a reasonable time frame.

Child Fares and Infant Fares:
Child Fare applies to 2-11 years old and must not reach the 12th birthday at the point of the flight journey. If birthday exceeds 12th, then next fare must be purchased for the return journey. However it’s Depending on type of ticket booked.
Infant Fares applies for below 2 years and should not reach the 2nd birthday at the point of the flight journey.

Baggage Allowance:
For Baggage allowances differs by airline to airline and constantly changing. Please contact to our Travel consultant or ask to airline website or customer care for more information.

Claim and Complaints:
For claim or complaint submit in writing within 15 days from of booking or any other issue over email or phone will investigate the matter and will revert accordingly. There is No responsibility accepted in order to respect of any complaint and or claim not made.
